Older toddlers will love this energetic class, learning and building gymnastics skills as well as discovering group work and waiting in line. This is a perfect class to prepare younger children for classes where parents are not participants. 30-min. class Register Online

This is your child’s introduction to an independent gymnastics class. Gymnasts learn to work with a group, follow directions from an instructor, stand in line... all those little things we big people take for granted! And they’ll be learning while having a great time discovering the fun of gymnastics! 30-min. class Register Online
- Preschool | Ages 4-5
This class will allow the gymnast to focus on their coordination and body control while using balance beam, vault, floor, and bars. 45-min. class Register Online
- Young Beginner | Ages 6-7
Gymnasts will learn all their basic skills on floor, beam, vault, and single bar. 1 hr. class Register Online
- Beginner | Ages 8-11
Gymnasts progress to intermediate skills on balance beam, vault, floor and bars. Class starts with the basics and progresses to intermediate skills. 1 hr. class Register Online
Gymnastics Academy offers an achievement-oriented program of basic skills and progressions. To advance to the next level, gymnasts should have 75% proficiency on each Olympic event (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor). Also includes flexibility and conditioning in order to ensure a safe and successful experience. Payable via bankdraft. Must sign up at any YMCA location.
Introductory classes teach age-appropriate skills the fundamentals of cheer. Techniques taught in tumbling, stunting and cheerleading. Explore the fundamentals of tumbling, advancing from rolls to round-off back handsprings and back tucks.
YMCA Gymnastics Teams compete in levels 1-7 in YMCA, AAU and USAG competitions. Your gymnast will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics while building lasting relationships with their teammates. It is more than just a program/sport, it is a family.

Pre-team (A, NW, S)
Class prepares young gymnasts for competitive gymnastics. When gymnasts are proficient in the required skills, they can advance to competitive team.
Competitive AAU (A, E, S, NW)
Levels 1-7 compete in sanctioned AAU meets.
Competitive Team USAG (A, NW)
Levels 1-7 compete in sanctioned USA Gymnastics meets.
