Elizabeth Hardyway, Branch Director

Elizabeth has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications-Integrated Marketing.  She started her YMCA career working in the Middle School After School Program while in college.  Once she graduated she accepted a position at the YMCA in Community Development as the Community Outreach Director.  She worked for the YMCA in Community Development for 10 years and at the East YMCA as the Senior Program Director. She joined the Steve Clark YMCA in February 2022 as Branch Director.

Kelley

Kelley Richardson, Group Exercise Coordinator

Kelley was born and raised right here in Wichita. She attended Wichita State University and earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Services in 2001, and a Masters of Public Health in 2006...Go Shocks!! Kelley began working at the North branch YMCA in 2010 as a group exercise instructor. Kelley holds several local and national certifications and enjoys teaching a variety of classes. She has taught many classes in the past 10 years, mostly at the North and East branches. Kelley and her husband, Curtis, have been married for 17 years.  They have three kids; Anna is 15, Robby is 12, and Will is 8.  

Sara

Sara Augustine, Administrative Assistant

Sara is from Kingman, KS and graduated from Fort Hays State University. She is new to the Y team but her passion to help people and be within the health and wellness industry is nothing new. Sara was a college athlete and has worked for other wellness centers such as 24 Hour Fitness and Opti-Life. Sara is active within her church, believes in being a life-long learner and spends most of her time with her husband and two little kiddos.

JaMarques is a native of Houston, Texas, and a graduate from Tabor College where he received his degree in sports management and marketing. After graduation, he then went on to play Pro Arena Football for the Wichita Force and Salina Liberty. JaMarques’s career at the YMCA began in 2019 where he became a personal trainer at the Downtown YMCA. In December of 2021, JaMarques began his journey of YMCA leadership as the Wellness Director of the El Dorado YMCA. When asked why he enjoys working for the YMCA JaMarques states, “I love working for the Y because I have a chance to make positive change in people’s lives. I have the opportunity to help them reach their goal of overall wellness both physically and mentally.”

Ian Page, Greater Wichita YMCA

Ian Page, Membership Director

Ian grew up just outside of Wichita in Benton, KS. He started working for the YMCA in 2013 in the Childcare Department's Before/Afterschool and Summer Camp Programs. Ian briefly left in 2017 to work at the YMCA of Northern Colorado before returning to Wichita in 2022 to work in Membership at the Steve Clark Y. He has worked at our front desk and the administrative offices before becoming our Membership Director in 2024. He loves getting to work for an organization that helps support his community and continues to help people reach their goals each and every day.
