SPEED AND AGILITY - Maximize your ability to jump higher, change direction faster, land safer and perform better. Choose one, two, or three sessions per week.
SPEED AND AGILITY sessions are available at the FARHA SPORTS CENTER on the campus of the RICHARD A. DEVORE SOUTH YMCA throughout SEPTEMBER 2019 including weekly slots:
- TUESDAYS - 6PM
- WEDNESDAYS - 6PM and 7PM
- THURSDAYS - 6PM
- SATURDAY - 1PM
- SUNDAYS - 2PM and 3PM
Pricing can be paid, in-full, during registration or paid through AutoDraft for members (speak with Membership Staff for details).
- SINGLE SESSION $50
- 1X/WEEK $40/Session ($160/Month)
- 2X/WEEK $37.50/Session ($300/Month)

Developed by Greater Wichita YMCA Sports Staff expressly for young/high school athletes, Power Sports, is designed to help all youth, school-aged, middle school, and high school athletes - regardless of what sport(s) they play - to improve their muscle mass, dexterity, agility, and physicality to improve speed while changing direction, to jump higher, run faster, and improve other aspects of their game while using their body more efficiently - leading to a reduced risk of injury. By combining aerobic exercise, strength and conditioning training, and information and insights - this program will help young athletes build a stronger base for athletic development.
