Before you register for a sports, swim or a camp program, please follow the steps below to help you get started.


In order to register for programs online, members and non-member program participants must first log in to their online account. If you are new to online registration, please set up your online account and read through the instructions below completely before beginning to search and register for programs. If you are a past or current member and do not know your account credentials, please contact or call 316.219.YMCA.

Step 1: Update Your Information

All members and non-member program participants will need to an online account in order to register for programs. If you are a current or past member, an account has already been created for you. If do not know your email address on file, please call 316.219.YMCA or email to ensure that your membership information is accurate in our system.

Step 2: Create An Account

Follow the link below to set-up your online account. Once you're logged in, you can complete your registration for programs.

Please Note

If you are a current member and cannot remember your email address to log in, call 316.219.YMCA or email to ensure that your membership information is accurate in our system.

Financial Assistance & Online Registration

Our system is not currently able to apply financial assistance to program fees when recipients register online. Those eligible for program scholarships and financial assistance will need to register over the phone. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Create Your Account

Now you can search and register for programs. Start with step 3 to do so!

Step 3: Search For Programs

Once you've set up your online account, you can begin searching for programs available for online registration.

Use the filtering system to narrow your options. For example, if you're looking for Soccer Registration at the East Branch do the following:

1. Select "Sports" under Program

2. Press Filter

3. Select "Soccer" under Sub-Program

4. Press Filter

5. If you still can't locate your program, under location select "East YMCA". 

6. Press Filter

Step 4: Begin Registration Process

Once you've found the program you're looking for, select the class title in pink. This will take you to the program page where you have the ability to learn more about the program and add to your cart by checking the white box to the right. 

For memberships that carry more than one member you'll be asked to select the family member you wish to register.

If you don't see the family member you wish to register in the drop down list, please call 316.219.YMCA or email so that member can be added to your online account. 

Step 5: Review Registration and Check-Out

After selecting your program class and clicking register, you'll be taken to a page to review and confirm your purchase(s). If you wish to check out now, simply click the "Check Out" button.

Please Note

Your cart will eventually "time out" and empty if you delay your transaction.
